Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-1400, in line 2, by inserting after "shelter;" the following: "provided further, that $150,000 be expended for the operation of the Portal to Hope servicing Everett, Malden & Medford. ; and in said item by striking out the figures "$24,448,905" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$24,598,905".
