Amendment #623 to H3400

New Beginnings Program

Representatives Dykema of Holliston, Linsky of Natick, Malia of Boston, Sannicandro of Ashland, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Rogers of Cambridge, Vega of Holyoke and Schmid of Westport move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 26, by inserting after “district courts” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the New Beginnings program that targets youth at risk and in recovery in collaboration with school districts”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$97,075,501” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$97,175,501”.
