Randolph Water Treatment Plant

Mr. Timilty of Milton moves that the bill be amended by adding the following section:  “SECTION XXXX. Not less than $20,000,000 to help offset the costs of a new, Department of Environmental Protection mandated, water treatment plant for the Town of Randolph.”
