Mr. Cantwell of Marshfield moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2000-1700 the following item:

2000-XXXX For the executive office of energy and environmental affairs to implement pilot projects placing wave attenuation devices in coastal bodies of water vulnerable to coastal risks, including storms, erosion, and flooding.......$500,000
