Amendment #644 to H3400

MassDOT Board and Evergreen Clause

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:-

“SECTION XX.  Notwithstanding Chapter 198 of the Acts of 2011 or any general or special law to the contrary, the MassDOT board shall eliminate the evergreen clauses and limit the scope of issues subject to binding arbitration.”.
