Amendment #650 to H3400

relative to increasing review of rules & regulations with economic impacts on small businesses

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Cole of Peabody, Lombardo of Billerica and Mirra of West Newbury move to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

“SECTION XXXX. Section 5A of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “12” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 5.”
