Ms. DiZoglio of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4200-XXXX, by adding at the end the following: “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for a feasibility study for the construction of a youth center and pertinent resources and community outreach in the City of Methuen.”
