Amendment #678 to H3400

Boston Fire Academy and HazMat Training Programs

Representatives Collins of Boston, Madaro of Boston, Cullinane of Boston and Ryan of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000, in line 8 by inserting after the words “fire training program shall use the split days option;” the following:-

 

“provided further, that the amount allocated for critical incident stress intervention programs and fire department training academies listed in item 8324-0000 of section 2 of chapter 182 of the acts of 2008 shall be allocated to each program in fiscal year 2016; provided further, that the amount allocated for hazardous material response teams in said item 8324-0000 of said section 2 of said chapter 182 shall be allocated to each program in fiscal year 2016 and shall not be reduced by more than 57 per cent” and further move to amend said line item 8324-0000 by striking out the number “$17,809,781” and replacing it with the following:-

“$19,796,781”.
