Facility Repairs at Berry Pond

Ms. DiZoglio of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0100, by adding at the end the following: “provided further that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for facility repairs at Berry Pond in the Harold Parker State Forest.”
