Amendment #684 to H3400

Lynch Family Skatepark

Representatives Toomey of Cambridge, Livingstone of Boston, Decker of Cambridge, Hecht of Watertown, Rogers of Cambridge and Ryan of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding the following:- “; and provided further that not less than $275,000 shall be expended from this item for the Charles River Conservancy to complete the environmental remediation of the parcel of land identified as the Lynch Family Skatepark in the City of Cambridge, which funds shall be used exclusively for the remediation of that portion of the skatepark known as the apron”;

and in said item by striking out the figure “$29,498,619” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$29,773,619”.
