Amendment #685, as changed to H3400

For Expansion of the Conservation Land Tax Credit Program

Mr.  Mannal of Barnstable by inserting the following new section at the end thereof:-

SECTION __. Section 38AA(h) of Chapter 63 of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting "$2,000,000" and replacing it with "$5,000,000".

SECTION XX: Section X shall take effect on January 1, 2016.
