Amendment #685 to H3400

For Expansion of the Conservation Land Tax Credit Program

Mr.  Mannal of Barnstable moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section at the end thereof:-

SECTION __. Section 38AA(h) of Chapter 63 of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting "$2,000,000" and replacing it with "$5,000,000".
