Merrimack Valley Prevention and Substance Abuse Project

Ms. DiZoglio of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding at the end the following: “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Merrimack Valley Prevention and Substance Abuse Project toward resources and community outreach.”
