Post Acute Care Hospitals

Representatives Kafka of Stoughton and Galvin of Canton move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0300, in line 81 by inserting after word “facilities;” the following:

Provided further, the executive office shall cover the cost of each administrative necessary day within chronic disease and rehabilitation hospitals using the reimbursement methodology and rate that was in effect on October 1, 2014.
