Groundwork Lawrence Youth Summer Jobs

Ms. DiZoglio of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by adding at the end the following: “provided further that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to Groundwork Lawrence for its youth summer jobs program.”
