Updating Air Vents on Plum Island

Mr. Mirra of West Newbury moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in line-item 1599-0026, by adding the following:-

“; provided further, that $88,085 be expended for air vent updates on Plum Island operated by the City of Newburyport.”
