Task Force on Runaway and Missing Children in Lawrence and Methuen

Ms. DiZoglio of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-XXXX, by adding at the end the following: “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Family Services of the Merrimack Valley toward developing an outreach program to help locate and engage at-risk youths who are vulnerable to commercial sexual exploitation."
