Housing Authorities Operating Subsidy

Representatives Kocot of Northampton, Honan of Boston and Garballey of Arlington move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9005, in line 28, by inserting after "repairs" the following: "...and provided further that $2 million shall be expended for reimbursement of costs associated with snow and ice removal, and for mandated local costs associated with implementation of the Local Housing Authority Act of 2014, including but not limited to generation of financial and annual reports, AUP Audits, local conversion to a state wide applicant central wait list, local conversion to regional Capital Assistance Teams, and compliance with new local performance benchmarks"; and in said item by striking out the figures $64,000,000 and inserting in place thereof the figures "$66,000,000".
