Amendment #728 to H3400

An Act relative to procurement change

Mr. Mirra of West Newbury moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

“SECTION XX. Chapter 30B Section 1 of the General Laws, as appear in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, line 5, the following phrase: -

‘a contract subject to the provisions of the section thirty-nine M of chapter 30,’”.
