Reducing Recidivism Through High Intensity Probation Supervision

Representatives Cantwell of Marshfield and Cutler of Duxbury move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 0330-0500 the following item: 

"0330-0590 For the expansion of high-intensity probation supervision programs that promote successful probation outcomes and reduce recidivism; provided, that the Trial Court shall monitor program fidelity, and collect and analyze outcome evaluation; and provided further, that the programs shall be conducted at both district and superior courts………………$1,228,500"
