State University Collective Bargaining Agreement

Mr. Garballey of Arlington moves to amend the bill, in section 2, by inserting the following item:- "1599-xxxx For a reserve to meet the fiscal year 2016 costs of salary adjustments and other economic benefits authorized by collective bargaining agreements with the state universities - $8,843,356"
