Increase Adult Basic Education Funding

Representatives Nangle of Lowell, Golden of Lowell and Mom of Lowell move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7035-0002,  by striking out the figures "$29,156,340”  and inserting in place thereof the figures "$30,156,340".
