Amendment #782 to H3400
Mass In Motion: Promotion of Wellness and Prevention
Representatives Cariddi of North Adams, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Mark of Peru, Ultrino of Malden, Calter of Kingston, Rogers of Cambridge, Brodeur of Melrose, Hecht of Watertown, Vega of Holyoke, Tosado of Springfield, Donahue of Worcester, Decker of Cambridge, Garballey of Arlington, Provost of Somerville, Gentile of Sudbury, Barber of Somerville, Khan of Newton, Fiola of Fall River, Ashe of Longmeadow, Petrolati of Ludlow and Schmid of Westport move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1111, by adding the following, “provided further, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, $250,000 shall be appropriated for Mass in Motion programming, contingent upon receipt of matching prevention federal block grant funds” and in said item by striking out the figures "$3,182,464" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,892,377".
