Amendment #788 to H3400

Assistive Technology

Representatives Ferguson of Holden, Sannicandro of Ashland, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Barrows of Mansfield, Linsky of Natick, Muradian of Grafton, Khan of Newton, Dykema of Holliston, Gentile of Sudbury, O'Day of West Boylston and Ayers of Quincy move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 4120-4000, by inserting  the following: "provided, that not less than $1,783,180 shall be expended for assistive technology devices and training for individuals with severe disabilities and the REquipment Program”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$14,472,488” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$15,472,488".
