Pond Management of Invasive species

Mr. Cutler of Duxbury move  to amend the bill to insert into line item 2200-0100 (Department of Environmental Protection) or, in the alternative, line item 2310-0200 (Division of Fisheries and Wildlife):

provided further, that at least $200,000 shall be expended to Plymouth County for the management and cleanup of pond algae and invasive vegetation;
