Amendment #84 to H3400

An Act reducing interest paid by local governments

Mr. Cutler of Duxbury moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"Section X.  Section 6I of Chapter 231 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “commonwealth,” in line 1, the following words:- “or a municipality”."
