Underground Storage Tank Remediation in the City of Marlborough

Representatives Gregoire of Marlborough and Gentile of Sudbury move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2260-8870, by inserting after the word “landfills,” the following:-

“provided further that no less than $1,000,000 shall be allocated for the financial reimbursement to the owners of the surrounding property on Bolton Street in Marlborough who have sustained damage due to the negligent release of petroleum from an underground storage tank leak during April of 2012,” and in said item by striking out the figures “14,673,215” and inserting in place thereof the figures “15,673,215”.
