Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in Section 2, by inserting after item 4000-0500, the following item:

"4000-XXXX For the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center to professionally train Community Health Workers who will serve as the patient link to medical and social services for the disenfranchised population throughout the Worcester and MetroWest regions ... $500,000".
