Amendment #894 to H3400

Representatives Moran of Boston, Balser of Newton, Calter of Kingston, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Gordon of Bedford, Hecht of Watertown, Heroux of Attleboro, Honan of Boston, Kafka of Stoughton, Khan of Newton, McMurtry of Dedham, Michlewitz of Boston, Moran of Lawrence, O'Day of West Boylston, Puppolo of Springfield, Rogers of Cambridge, Rushing of Boston, Sánchez of Boston, Schmid of Westport, Toomey of Cambridge, Tosado of Springfield and Walsh of Framingham move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 4401-1000, in line 9, by inserting after “services”  the following: “; and provided further, that no less than $794,000 shall be expended for contracts entered into with the Massachusetts Office of Refugees and Immigrants with whom the department of transitional assistance entered into service agreements within fiscal year 2015”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,794,000”.
