Real Estate Agent Licensure

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Section 87RR of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 15, at the beginning of the sentence, the following:- “Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary,”.
