Amendment #898 to H3400

Small Business Capital Access Program

Representatives Moran of Boston and Michlewitz of Boston move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. For a reserve to be administered by the Massachusetts Office of Business Development in cooperation with the Massachusetts Business Development Corporation, an amount not less than $1,500,000 shall be made available for the Massachusetts Small Business Capital Access Program pursuant to section 57 of chapter 23A of the General laws”.
