UMass Memorial Emergency Medical Services and Tactical Support to the Massachusetts State Police STOP Team

Representatives Donahue of Worcester, O'Day of West Boylston and Keefe of Worcester move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8100-1001, in line number 21, by inserting after "office" the following: "provided further, the department shall execute a service contract with UMass Memorial Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for no more than $60,000 for emergency and tactical medical support services and allocate no less than $20,000 for emergency and tactical supplies and equipment for use by the UMass Memorial Emergency Medical Services staff in performing said services"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$267,709,501" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$267,789,501".
