Amendment #911 to H3400

RFK Children’s Action Corps

Representatives Cantwell of Marshfield and Cutler of Duxbury move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4200-0010, in line 7, by inserting after the word "initiative;", the following:

"provided further, that the department shall expend not less than $500,000 for an anti-bullying, violence prevention program for juvenile offenders committed to the department to be designed and coordinated by the Robert F. Kennedy Children's Action Corps;"

and in said item by striking out the figures "4,438,360" and inserting in place thereof the figures "4,938,360."
