Prison Mitigation

Representatives D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Benson of Lunenburg, Kafka of Stoughton, Rogers of Norwood, Dooley of Norfolk, Mirra of West Newbury, Gifford of Wareham, McMurtry of Dedham, Lombardo of Billerica, Zlotnik of Gardner and Cutler of Duxbury move to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 8900-0001, in line 9, by inserting after the word “department;”, the following:-

;provided further, that the department shall expend not less than $2,200,000 for cities and towns hosting facilities;”.
