Aid to Incarcerated Mothers

Representatives Fox of Boston, Holmes of Boston and Decker of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8900-0001, in line number 21, by inserting after “October 1, 2015” the following "provided further that no less than $200,000 shall be funded to the Aid to Incarcerated Mothers program." And in said item by striking out the figures “$567,483,603 and inserting in place thereof the figures $568,000,000.
