Amendment #934 to H3400

Advanced Manufacturing Futures Program

Representatives Fernandes of Milford and Roy of Franklin move that the bill be amended in section 2, by adding the following item:

"7002-0022 For the operation of the advanced manufacturing futures program established in section 45 of chapter 23G of the General Laws; provided, that the comptroller shall transfer fifty per cent of funds appropriated to the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency for the support of the advanced futures program within thirty days of the agency's request and shall transfer the remaining fifty per cent of funds upon receipt of revenue......$1,000,000.".
