Amendment #950 to H3400

MVRP Administrative Fee Amendment

Representatives Vega of Holyoke, Decker of Cambridge, Golden of Lowell, Gordon of Bedford, Khan of Newton, Mark of Peru, Nangle of Lowell, Petrolati of Ludlow, Puppolo of Springfield, Rosa of Leominster, Toomey of Cambridge, Tosado of Springfield and Velis of Westfield move to amend the bill in SECTION 2, in item 7004-9024, by striking out after the words “shall be reassigned” the following words:-

“provided further, that the department shall pay agencies not less than $30 per voucher per month for the cost of administering the program; provided further, that subsidies shall not be reduced due to the cost of inspections;”

and inserting in place thereof the following wording:-

“provided further, that the department shall pay agencies not less than $40 per voucher per month for the cost of administering the program;”
