Amendment #952 to H3400

Department of Fire Services Retained Revenue

Representatives Brady of Brockton, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Scibak of South Hadley, Ashe of Longmeadow, Fox of Boston and Ryan of Boston move to amend the bill in Section 2 by inserting after line item 8324-0000 the following item:-

"8324-0304 The department of fire services may expend for the purposes of enforcement and training an amount not more than $8,500 from revenue generated under chapter 148A of the General Laws and sections 8 and 9 of chapter 304 of the acts of 2004 ……………....$8,500."
