Amendment #955 to H3400

Relative to Chart Grant Eligibility for Sole Community Provider Hospitals

Representatives Hunt of Sandwich, Peake of Provincetown, Vieira of Falmouth, Madden of Nantucket and Mannal of Barnstable move to amend H3400 by adding the following new section:

Section XXXX    MGL Chapter 29 Section 2GGG (d) is further amended by adding after section (2) the following: "provided further that federally designated sole community providers shall be exempt from this provision".
