Amendment #96 to H3400

MA400 Commemoration

Representatives Muratore of Plymouth and Calter of Kingston move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting, after item 7008-0900, the following item:

“xxxx-xxxx  For the Massachusetts 400 Program; provided further, that funds shall be expended for the commemoration and celebration of 400th anniversary celebrations in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; provided further, that funds may be expended for the planning, marketing and support of these commemorations……………………….$500,000”.
