Amendment #966 to H3400

Plymouth County Dredging Program

Representatives D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Gifford of Wareham and Orrall of Lakeville move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 5, by striking out the following: “and”; and in said item, in line 10,  after the word “Laws”, the following:

“; and provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to Plymouth County for the purposes of the Plymouth County Dredging Program”.

;and in said item by striking out the figures “4,800,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “4,950,000”.
