Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Hecht of Watertown, Linsky of Natick, Mannal of Barnstable, Scibak of South Hadley, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Vega of Holyoke, Madden of Nantucket, Cariddi of North Adams, Dykema of Holliston, Moran of Lawrence, Gifford of Wareham, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Smola of Warren, Keefe of Worcester, Brady of Brockton, Khan of Newton, Velis of Westfield, Puppolo of Springfield, Ashe of Longmeadow, Finn of West Springfield, Tosado of Springfield, Garry of Dracut, Galvin of Canton, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Kafka of Stoughton, Fernandes of Milford, O'Day of West Boylston, Calter of Kingston, Decker of Cambridge and Cabral of New Bedford move to amend the bill in section 2E, in item 1595-6368, by striking out the following "provided, that $40,000,000 shall be provided to the regional transit authorities organized pursuant to chapter 161B of the General Laws or predecessor statutes pursuant to clause (2) of subsection (d) of section 2ZZZ of chapter 29 of the General Laws” and in said item by striking out the figures “$409,220,340" and inserting in place thereof the figures “$367,220,340"; and in item 1595-6370, by striking out the figures “$40,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures “$82,000,000”.
