Amendment #978 to H3400

Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Mannal of Barnstable, Madden of Nantucket, Gifford of Wareham, Calter of Kingston, Cutler of Duxbury, Cantwell of Marshfield and McMurtry of Dedham move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2330-0100, by adding the following: provided further, that $103,000 shall be expended to address new concerns associated with bacterial contamination of marine waters and shellfish” and in said item by striking out the figures “$5,629,196” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,732,196”; and in item 4510-0600, by adding the following: “provided that $223,000 shall be expended to address new concerns associated with bacterial contamination of marine waters and shellfish” and in said item by striking out the figures “$4,227,791” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,450,791”
