Amendment #979 to H3400

Funding for Executive Council

Mr. Markey of Dartmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0411-1000, by striking out the figure “$5,494,390” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$5,554,390”.

And moves to further amend the bill by adding the following 3 sections:-

SECTION XX. Section 3 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “$26,025” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:— $31,025.

SECTION XY. Section 3 of said chapter 6 is hereby further amended by striking out  the figure “$31,025”, inserted by section XX,  and inserting in place thereof the following figure:— $36,025.

SECTION ZZ. Section XY shall take effect on January 1, 2016.
