Representatives Honan of Boston and Moran of Boston move to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 2330-0100, in line 10, by inserting after "sustainable fisheries;" the following: provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for programs at the Fishing Academy, Inc., for young people in greater Boston;
