Protecting and Preserving the Environment and Water Quality of Crystal Lake

Representatives Balser of Newton, Khan of Newton and Lawn of Watertown move to amend the bill in section 2, in item  2810-0100, by adding the following: provided further, that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for a grant to the City of Newton Parks and Recreation Department for the purpose of protecting and preserving the water quality of Crystal Lake. . . . . . . . .$175,000
