Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill in Section 1, by adding the following sentence:- No further deductions shall be made from the regular compensation of Raymond A. Murphy, Jr. under chapter 32 of the General Laws for any service subsequent to him reaching 65 years of age, and upon retirement Raymond A. Murphy, Jr. shall receive a superannuation retirement allowance equal to that which he would have been entitled had he retired at the age of 65.
