Amendment #2 to H3657

An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Jeremy Bray, an employee of the Department of Correction

The committee on Bills in the Third Reading recommends that the bill be amended moves to further amend the bill by inserting after the second sentence the following sentence:- “Upon exhaustion of all other available leave time including personal days, vacation days, sick time and any time available pursuant to the extended leave illness bank established by section 4P of chapter 7 of the General Laws, Jeremy Bray shall be permitted to use any time credited to the sick leave bank established by this act.”
