Technical Amendment

Mr. Lewis moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the word “Laws” the following words:-   “, section 1 of chapter 327 of the acts of 2008 relative to the granting of licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises”; and in said section 1, by adding the following sentence:-  “License granted pursuant to this act shall be subject to all of said chapter 138 except section 17.”
