Amendment #14 to H3773

Amendment to Line Item 8000-0122, Section 7

Mr. Walsh of Framingham moves to amend the bill in Section 7 by striking the following language in line 217-219:

“shall have not fewer than 15 years of experience as an architect registered in the commonwealth, and who shall be registered as an architect emeritus, or as an engineer registered in the commonwealth with no record of disciplinary action….”

And inserting in place thereof the following language:

“Shall be an architect registered in the commonwealth, and who may be registered as an architect emeritus, or as an engineer registered in the commonwealth with no record of disciplinary action…”
